The food is always fresh, ample portions for a low price and so delicious every time! Never a wait as their staff are super efficient and courteous as well!

One of the best places to get a burrito the way you want it, decent price too.

Food is great but the staff is rude besides this one guy who works there with longer hair he is very nice. The girl with tons of piercings and looks like she could use another fix (she didn't have a name tag) didnt even say two words when we went to pay not even our total we had to ask and then she rolled her eyes when asked for a to go bag like it was coming out of her paycheck. She also was in the bathroom the same.time as me and she was just sitting in the one stall and she kept making "sniffing" noises when she walked out she was rubbing her nose. It was obvious what she was doing in there.

Good food, we usually order on the app and pick it up. Last time we ordered, my husband made sure to ask if this was everything, they assured him it was. When he got home, they had not given my husband all the bags of food. He had to go back out again to get it.

The quality of the produce in the toppings looked very fresh, and the staff was very accommodating and didn't act like they were just going through the motions like some places. As an added surprise, we discovered our kids' meals were free because it was a Tuesday special they have there. The kids loved the flavored soda machine. Every Moe's we have visited has been good, but this one managed to stand out. Funny ending to the visit: as we were leaving, two guys came into the place on their lunch break still dressed in their work clothes... with the embroidered golden arches. I laughed and commented to one of them that it was something out of a commercial, and he sheepishly smiled.

I've always liked Moe's, but this last visit was pretty... meh. Maybe it was tainted by what I consider a billing issue. When you walk in, you look for (well, I look for) one of the less expensive options. I checked out the digital menu on the wall and decided that "Joey Bag of Donuts" with adobo chicken for $7.79 seemed like a reasonable deal, so I opted for that. But after the checkout, I discovered that they added a bunch of extra money for the adobo chicken -- and my bill ended up being over $11 for lunch! Seems awfully deceptive to me. Oh well, live and learn. Won't be going back there anytime soon. Or ever. 😠

They wouldn't pour beans directly into my hand but otherwise yum!

We have visited this location on our vacation stop. Food was fresh and tasty. Our server was nice. Person at the register was sharing a bit too much information both personal and work-related and was way too loud. You were almost forced to listen to what you did not want to listen to. Location has easy access, close to shopping center. Many college students were dining in - all very well behaved. Not that I would have expected otherwise.

You really can't go wrong with this Tex Mex place, great flavors , big portions, great prices, fresh stuff, great quality meats. We make sure to always stop here atleast once when where around they have tacos, quesadillas, bowls, nachos, and all great south west flavors that compliment each other perfectly. 👍

Food was good, although the steak could of been cut in smaller peices. It was hard to eat. Musica was on point. Very clean.

Papa Will, what a super friendly guy. Good experience all around. Seeing the general manager running around refilling everything and being a team player was nice. Some managers dont always do a lot but that guy was moving nonstop.

The girl waiting on us was very quick about putting our order together. It was accurate. The food was great. The tables could have been cleaner.

So this was the first time I'd ever been to Moe's, it was kinda fun. The food was very good, but the staff were enjoyable. I liked it.

Staff is friendly food is amazing, reasonably priced for the size of portions, dining room is cleaned regularly. If you are looking to get good food and be FULL come here!

The food is good. You can choose what you'd like based on the ingredients that they have. A nice variety of salsas. I also enjoy their guacamole. I don't like, however, being shouted at by the staff when I walk in the door. It's their thing, it's welcoming customers to their establishment, but it's just too much for me.

The best chips and cheese, there white salsa con queso cheese is Soo good. It's creamy and not gritty

Fresh food, attentive service. Not terribly busy when we went in. Plenty of parking. Really wished for spicier options, was blander than I anticipated. Ok in a pinch, but no authentic spicing.

I was there last night and the staff seemed less than pleased to be there. The girl with blonde and black hair at the beginning was SUPER rude to the people in front of me. I get it is hard to hear people but the correct tone goes A LONG WAY. All three people that assisted me with my food were unpleasant. Luckily the food is always good. Customer service needs major work.

I'm usually pleased with my orders. Today I ordered a burrito bowl with steak, the guy put pork in it. When I mentioned it, he paused for a second, looked at the food, and goes "oh, it's steak in there" um no. I definitely know the difference between beef and pork thank you.

Everytime I come in I am greeted with a very friendly "welcome to moes". The staff is always welcoming. The tables are almost never packed with people. Bathrooms are always properly up kept and no foreign debris on the floor. So I wanted to say thank you Moe's staffin Oneonta y'all keep up the good work.
